Bigfoot Days or Daze

The 59th Annual Bigfoot Daze Celebration takes place on Saturday, August 31, 2019.No matter how you spell it, Bigfoot Daze has been a feature in Willow Creek for nearly 60 years. This family-friendly community event is fun for all ages.  From the ever popular Themed Parade to the traditional Logging Contests, this event is not to be missed.

Bigfoot Daze is non-profit. Funds for Bigfoot Daze come from generous donations across the county and beyond, so any and all donations are appreciated more than you know. All monies raised are put into the festivities for next year.  Participation is the best way to donate and have some fun at the same time, so join the parade, set up an activity, food, or retail booth. Help us keep this tradition alive and make it bigger and better than ever!  Non-profit organizations participating are exempt from booth and parade fees.

Saturday Morning starts with a downtown parade where businesses, non-profits  and community members show off lots of style and creative talent. The Willow Creek – China Flat Museum host an ice-cream social.

Meanwhile Veterans Park is full of food and retail vendors.

In May 2019, we will poll the community for theme suggestions.

2018 Parade Winners:

in 2018, the theme was “Superhero Bigfoot” and was a great success with very creative entries.
